MCC (Motor Control Center) is mainly used for Motor/Pump Starters. There are many types of Motor Starters:
1) DOL (Direct On Line) Starter up to 7 HP.
2) FASD (Fully Automatic Star Delta Starter) up to 300 HP.
3) ATS (Auto Transformer Starter) up to 500 HP.
4) Soft Starter up to 500 HP.
5) VFD (Variable Frequency Drive) up to 1000 HP.
We have a complete in-house facility to manufacture MCC panels up to 750 kW (1000 HP). All starters are Type-2 coordinated, with desired rating selection. MCC panels are manufactured using 14/16 SWG CRCA, duly subjected to a 7-tank powder coating process. We have in-house design and development systems for the improvement of quality and productivity.
We follow the IEC 61439 standard and provide enough space for incoming and outgoing cable terminations. All hardware nuts and bolts used inside the panel are made of stainless steel.
The design of the MCC panel is robust and rigidly constructed to suit a wide range of industries and pumping stations. The supporting structure/framework is made from 3.0/5.0 mm thickness steel sections. The doors, covers, partitions, and panels are fabricated using hi-tech CNC fiber laser cutting and CNC bending machines. We provide a CPRI type testing report for IP42 and a short circuit test report up to 5000A-65KA for 2 seconds.
