AMF (Automatic Mains Failure) is mainly used for Continuous Power Supply from Source – 1 and other standby sources. When one main power supply goes away, another standby supply starts, and the output supply switches over automatically with all protection and metering.
Types of AMF Panels are:
1) AMF Panel (Auto Mains Failure) – for switching over from one source to another source.
2) Synchronizing Panel – for switching over from one source to another source as well as synchronizing two or more than two sources in a single loop power supply and load sharing system.
We have a complete in-house facility to manufacture AMF Panels up to 1000 KVA, with desired rating selection of breakers, contactors, and logical components. AMF Panels are manufactured using 14/16 SWG CRCA duly coated through a seven-tank powder coating process. We have in-house design and development systems for the improvement of quality and productivity.
We follow the IEC 61439 standard and provide enough space for incoming and outgoing cable termination. All hardware nuts and bolts used inside the panel are made of stainless steel.
The design of the AMF Panel is robust and rigidly constructed to suit a wide range of industries and buildings. The supporting structure/frame is made from 3.0/5.0 mm thickness steel sections. The doors, cover partitions, and panels are fabricated using hi-tech CNC fiber laser cutting and CNC bending machines. We provide CPRI type testing reports for IP42 and short circuit test reports up to 5000A-65KA for 2 seconds.
